Terms of service
General Terms of Service
Upon purchase of a service provided by ZipML Services, the customer automatically agrees to our terms of service. If ZipML Services Terms of Service are broken, it may lead to legal action. Upon purchasing a service from ZipML Services, and the customer breaks any terms of service, ZipML Services have the right to cancel an order and do not have to refund the payment.

- Do NOT claim any build(s), graphic design(s), or setups provided by our service. Do NOT resell any build(s), graphic design(s), or setups purchased from ZipML Services. If you are selling your server, please discuss with our service beforehand. You may NOT copy any of our service documents provided.

- You may only use ONE coupon or discount when placing an order if you obtain a one. You MUST pay a deposit of 55% before the commencement of the service we are providing unless you want to pay the full amount upfront. If you do NOT pay this, our service will not be able to provide for you. We will send an invoice to you, which MUST be paid. When the service is complete, you MUST pay the remaining 45% of the payment. If you chargeback during the process of the service, a scam report will be filed, and the service which has been provided will be revoked. Any scams will IMMEDIATELY result in a scam report and ban from discord.

- Do NOT leak any information about PayPal details to any third parties. We are NOT liable to any loss if you have made third party transactions within our discord.

- A refund for your 55% deposit or upfront payment may NOT be given once the job has begun unless it complies to our refund policy [refer to Refund Policy]. Our builders dedicate their time, therefore they DO NOT want their time wasted. We only provide TWO revisions for a service produced by our team, this means the service you have purchased can be edited only twice.

- To place an order or apply for a quote, you must do it through a ticket. Do NOT direct message and members of the ZipML Team, including during a service being provided to you. A channel will be created for the customer and the ZipML Team member to use. You may NOT direct message any members of the ZipML Team about hiring them, the build team will inform Management, and you will be warned.

- ZipML Services have the right to cancel or deny an order at any time. In the event of cancelling an order, a refund MAY be given [refer to Refund Policy].
Refund Policy
- You may give us a deadline that the service product needs to be complete by, given it is a reasonable deadline. If the product which you have purchased has not been completed on or before the deadline, we may give a refund of 10% for each day the product is not completed by. The refund may go up to 50% of the original price. Each incident where a refund is required will be evaluated by Management.

- If a client is not satisfied with the product they have purchased, we may give a refund of a maximum of 15%, and the product will be fixed to the customer’s standards. If this incident occurs, it will be evaluated by Management to decide if the service is to our standards.

- If a service is not to standards of our service team (ZipML Services) we may give a refund equalling a maximum of 30% of the original price. The standards are decided by Management or Builder Management.

- In the events that an order had to be cancelled, the full payment for the service will be refunded to the customer.
Privacy Policy
- From the moment a customer opens a ticket in ZipML Services Discord, all messages transmitted in that channel are transferred into a logs channel. This information is only seen by ZipML Services Management, Co-Executive, and the Executive. The message transmissions are saved for our protection for any actions taken in the future presented by a customer.

- Customers personal information is never shared. It will only be seen by the Executive for payment reasons. The information which the Executive may see are; Customers first name, surname, email. The information gathered is never to be given to any third parties.
